In de eventviewer zie ik verschillende foutmeldingen, meer details zijn toegevoegd in de bijlage:

-     Exception type: WebException 

    Exception message: The remote server returned an error: (500) Internal Server Error.

-     Exception type: CryptographicException 

    Exception message: The data protection operation was unsuccessful. This may have been caused by not having the user profile loaded for the current thread's user context, which may be the case when the thread is impersonating.

-     Exception type: InvalidSignatureException 

    Exception message: Message from https://login.minez.nl/saml/idp/2.0/metadata failed signature verification

-     Exception type: ArgumentNullException 

    Exception message: Value cannot be null.

Wokarround:

Ga naar IIS, en ga naar de application pool waar de desbetreffende website draait. Ga naar de 'Advanced Settings', zet hier de optie 'Load User Profile' op 'True'.
